Meet up to 40 exciting companies during speed sales meetings at the Sarpsborg Meeting Exchange!

The Meeting Exchange is arranged in collaboration with the OABIK Network, the Business Network, Smart Innovation Norway and Club Ullevaal and other invited companies. as well as other invited companies that have purchased a day pass (1500,- ex VAT). Day passes to the Meeting Exchange for companies affiliated with Smart Innovation are free of charge.

The aim of the meeting exchange is to establish new customer relationships across networks and sponsor pools from the different networks. You will meet new and "cold contacts" through the meetings and informal mingling between participants. The meetings are organised so that your company meets up to 8 companies in 2 hours. During the meetings, you will have the opportunity to sell your products and services and at the same time get good offers on products and services from the other companies attending the meeting.

The organisation of the speed meetings during the meeting exchange will be based on the industry, requests and answers communicated in advance of the meeting exchange. All companies that sign up for the meeting exchange will be asked, among other things:

• Which industry is most targeted in your sales work: health, hotels & restaurants, real estate, construction, education, financial services/accounting, possibly all types of industries
• Which contact person would you most like to have contact with in your sales work
• what level of turnover would you like the companies in the meetings to have for the last year of operation; above or below 25 million, or if this is not important
• You would prefer to meet companies with more or less than 10 employees, or if this does not matter
• All types of companies are interesting to meet during the exchange, no particular preferences regarding the above points

This is done to organise interesting speed meetings for the companies participating in the Meeting Exchange. The networks have over 200 companies in their networks and we will invite up to 40 companies to the Meetings Exchange. You will not be able to meet all the companies for speed meetings during the Meeting Exchange, but you are likely to meet companies that meet some of your criteria for companies you want to meet. This will make it easier for each participant to get a targeted benefit from the meeting exchange.

The meetings give you the opportunity to sell your products and services and at the same time get good offers on products and services from the other companies participating in the meeting.

Meeting exchanges are a very effective way to get new business, but it is very important that you are prepared and "on the job". The focus of a meeting exchange is sales, so it's important that you make time for this.
